I recently purchased a Car from the Cambridge location as well, I dealt with a new sales person named matt. He was more than helpful and he really knew his stuff. Also he went over the car proof with me and it had minor damage however what’s the big deal, They let me take it to my mechanic and they let me take the car out for as long as I wanted, It drove fine. Also they do shuttle you around did you even call your sales rep?? When I dropped my car off for an oil change I called Matt first and he came personally and picked me up in a big caddy with massaging seats how cool is that. I don’t know who you dealt with but you obviously didn’t call them to help you out so it seems like you’re just someone who just likes to complain.
